: I fully understand and agree that all information relating to this business including but not limited to: data, materials, products, technology, computer programs, specifications, manuals, business plans, financial information supplied to me, will be kept strictly confidential. I also agree that I will: a) Not make direct contact with staff, suppliers, competitors or customers of this business. b) Not pass on any information and/or copies of any literature supplied by AJW Realty or the Vendor to any third parties other than professional advisors such as bank, solicitor or accountant. c) Shall not use the confidential information other than for the purposes of its business with owner. Under no circumstances may the recipient use the information as a basis upon which to develop or have a third party develop a competing or similar product or service. d) The information shall not be duplicated except for the purposes of this agreement.
